The ANNAIR Goldline Heatless Air Dryer is a reliable, energy-efficient solution for achieving ultra-dry compressed air using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Heatless air dryer working principle:
Humid compressed air enters the dryer through a pre-filter that removes oil, dust, and bulk moisture. The air then passes into one of two towers filled with high-quality desiccant, which adsorbs moisture and reduces the pressure dew point to as low as -40°C.
While one tower is in drying mode, the other undergoes regeneration using a small portion of dry compressed air from the outlet (purge air), with no external heat required. The system alternates between towers on a fixed cycle, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
